What if we send you the wrong thing?
We apologise if this has happened, but sometimes we do make mistakes! If there is an issue with your order, please message us on Discord or email us!
We’ll send you a replacement asap. A return label will be included in the package so you can use it to ship back the wrong items to us
Can I cancel my Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order.
- If it is our mistake, the order will be cancelled and refunded without any fees.
- Change of mind cancellation will incur a 10% Cancellation Fee. Make sure you you double check your order before checking out to avoid cancellation fee.
Where can you find the QC standard?
Each project will follow this QC standard. Please refer to this link for the full QC standard that we will follow for any warranty claim.
Please supply the following for the warranty claim:
- a full, continuously recorded unboxing video as proof for all warranty claims. Video is compulsory for any keycap or keyboard claim, so we can raise the case with the suppliers and manufacturers.
- Photos that clearly document the damage.
What if I have Group Buy items on my order, too?
Please DO NOT combine in-stock and Group-Buy/Pre-Orders items. If this happens, we will have to cancel your orders. A cancellation fee will be applied if this happens.
Can I cancel my Group-buy/Pre-Order Items?
- For Group-Buy/Pre-Order Items, we are happy to cancel and refund you during the Group-Buy period. However, we will not allow any cancellation of a Group-Buy order once the Group-Buy period has passed. Cancellation Fee will be applied if you wish to cancel and refund during the Group-Buy period.
- Pre-ordered items share the same policy as Group-Buy items. The change-of-mind cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled during the Pre-Order period.
Return and Refund
Products purchased are non-returnable or refundable. Returns and refunds are only applicable where the products are faulty, and we cannot fix them.
